Hi, welcome to the forum.

Use the old-style color codes (§1 etc.). Make sure that your editor saves the settings.ini file in utf-8.

Where can i find the spawn protect option and the option to print command blocks output to text, like /gamerule commandBlockOutput true in a normal java server.

@xoft: You say 'old-style'. Shouldn't we change them up so they're is like the vanilla ones?
