Use the GitHub wiki. No need to maintain any additional code/mirroring/extra accounts.

This is my proposition for the organisation:

• there are two types of articles: the guides and the "information dumps"
  
• the wiki would contain all the articles
  
• the book would only fetch the guides from the wiki
  

I don't think things like TODO lists or lists of currently handled blocks should go into the book
