Bearbot now alerts people if they're not in the CONTRIBUTORS file when they open a pull request.

More features are coming soon.

Bearbot has been disabled. The current architecture does not work, and a significant rewrite is required, which may take a while.

The start of bearbot has been pushed out, but no features have actually been implemented.
