		Hey guys,
im just playing Minecraft with some classmates, but the Vanilla Software always crashes because of my too small VPS.
So i now want to switch from vanilla to cuberite. Is there any way to acomplish this without using any data?
Greets,
Padrio

I think if you place all your items in a chest, save the spawn coordinates somewhere, transfer the world to cuberite and set the correct spawn coordinates in world.ini, there will be no problem.

Before doing anything, make sure that you have a backup.
There are differences.
- The world generation is not the same like vanilla, that means if new chunks get generated then it will look broken.
- The spawn coordinates of the world are in the file world.ini, that will be generated at startup of the server (world/world.ini). You can also use the command /setspawn to set a new spawn
- If you are playing with redstone, there could be problems with it and command blocks are not really existent
- The player files from vanilla are not read, like tonibm19 says the best it to put all your stuff into a chest
