I wanted to write something similar. It's not worth organizing a big event just for two and half people. I'm not even sure if a net conference would make sense - I can't imagine what special we'd talk about; we already discuss all things everywhere 
That being said, the invitation is still open, if anyone wants to visit me in Prague, it doesn't have to be tied to a Cuberite meetup, you are more than welcome to come just for a friendly meet / tourist sightseeing / whatever
