Problem in Console

i connect to the server and the mcserver closed and there stands mcserver does not work anymore

and when i join my server the mcserver.exe closed

Hmm. I don't know, I can't figure it out with just the log. Please get the latest version from here http://mc-server.xoft.cz/
Then run MCServer.exe with the /cdf parameter like so:

./MCServer.exe /cdf

When the server crashes, please send the dump file, it looks like crash_mcs_<randomletters>.dmp

Now the Server is running perfect

How can i add ranks to players ?
And add plugins because i added some and there was a error
