Random Chitchat 2012-2016
I have noticed that sometimes the prefab generator gets confused about the block metas, notably with the miner's village center (the rails point in the wrong direction) and sometimes the roofs. However, now that I've set out to track this bug I cannot find this behavior anymore. So I created a testing generator just for this occasion, the TestRails. It creates a weird-looking world:

Still, I can't find a single point of error in the rails here (not counting the structures touching each other and overwriting each other's areas in the corners).

If you have a world with the failure in a village, could you please post your generator settings, along with the coords of the failure, so that I can check? Thanks.

While I was trying to find a village with the rail bug I came across a really strange bug:

I'm getting a normal village with cauldron-in-a-well style centerpiece.

Is it possible that our generators generate different stuff on different computers?

Wtf. When I restart the server I also get that.
EDIT:
And when I restart it again it returns to the MineShaft starting point with wrong metas.
