Damn son, what does that thing have, an Intel i7-5960X in it? That thing is WAY overkill, not to even mention that spinning head being a revolutionary cooling solution. All in a toothbrush, oh how technology has advanced since the time of writing this message.

I don't see any gpl-like licenses on the manufacturer's website, so it's most likely not running linux.

It's probably running a modified proprietary version of FreeBSD. That's truely some server-grade hardware right there.

I'd say it might just hold a 32 chunk world, but that might be pushing it a little. You'll probably need a NAS with at least 10 of those for a decent world size. Smile

I wonder though. I have one of these an I think I might be able to run MCServer on it for real:

Its got a 350Mhz Ralink ARM processor and 8 MB of RAM. The ram could probably be increased with a swap file on an external storage device. It also runs embedded Linux. First MCRouter anyone?
