is it possible that someone edit the multiworld that people will be send to an new world like going to the nether. that is sending someone to another world becouse the multiworld that MC-Server has now is just sending diffrent chunks and it takes pretty long to load for an client. and when someone uses /gotoworld the coords don't change where they are so if he is in for example x10 y21 z1 in the new world he will be in x10 y21 and z1 so MC-Server will need to generate that chunk first before sending that chunk. and that takes time :S
