We write our own global mod, and want all the changes implemented in the server, but first we want to understand, does the server do the version 1.2.5 client
P.S Tomorrow we shall try to clean Vanila

Yes, the server does support vanilla 1.2.5. But when you add mods, they may modify the network protocol and so make problems for the server.
