How can you change the maximum blocks of how far a player can go
or make a world border?

The command worldborder from vanilla minecraft, would be a nice idea, but it's currently not implemented.

There is a world limit built into Cuberite. In the world.ini file of your world, change the value of LimitRadius under [WorldLimit].

I found the worldlimit already but i have no idea how to use it For example i changed it to 250 and still could travel to 450?
