When i connect with a client (myself)

It says: Something went wrong durin packedID 0x02 (WSAEOPNOTSUPP)

How can i fix this?

I dont think this is a problem with the server but double check all your settings and check your cpu/ram usage, when im hosting on my laptop rather than my dedi, when i have more than 4 players on people sometimes get disconnected with "Too many packets in que" so double check that your pc has power allocated to run the server AND the client at the same time Smile

Im running the server on a laptop and client on my own computer.

Maybe you should check your network usage to make sure your network cards in each device can keep up with one another

Are you running Windows XP? Old versions of MCServer are definitely not working on Windows XP. I thought I fixed it in one of the later releases but it seems I didn't.

Not really an ideal way though, if somone just wants a server that they can write lua plugins i dobuth they wanna go throught the process off downloading ubuntu
