So then no one knows how to do it or knows where to point me so that I can do it myself? Remember I've never programmed a plugin for minecraft and so if its a vanilla thing or a bukkit thing, then I have no clue about it.

No one has done it before (and I think no one has even tried), so I'm afraid you're on your own here. We've given you some pointers on how some things could be made, unless you're more specific about what you're trying to achieve, that's about all we can provide.
