Actually since the 1.2.3 update my client really hates MCServer, I get incredible FPS lagspikes and sometimes the game eventually freezes O.o

Nevermind I think it's a memory issue, I gave Minecraft more memory and it was fixed. I had this problem before but I did some dodgy version switching and my setup broke, so I used the default .exe file instead of .jar with parameters and it was laggy.
