For some reason mobs are working alright for me.

Oh, now they stopped working. Maybe something with the coords - they seemed to work fine at the spawn.

Mobs currently cause memory corruption in the server (see FS #400), I'd advise not to use them at all for the time being, you might even lose your world.

They only work when are spawned with an egg. When spawning "naturally" (AnimalsOn=1) they are not moving and you can damage them. Can you try to fix it? What rev were using when they were working and what rev do you use now?

Mobs are extremely aggressive! They follow me (wolfs especially) and non-stop spawn around me.
Also i get a lot of messages like this all time:
Entity #80 (cSpider) is inside a block at {424,62,-95}
Entity #101 (cWolf) is inside a block at {393,63,-101}

Hard to play with Animals "on"
Is is bug or i must change settings?

I personally consider mobs not working at all, so I don't even bother enabling them. Until we get an AI rewrite, there's really no point.

From my tests, I believe that something is holding up physics simulations for mobs.

Scenario 1: One mob throughout entire world. Moves in bursts.

Scenario 2: Two or more mobs. One moves, the others stay still. When the moving is killed, another begins to move and so on. Undecided
