So do I understand correctly that the server didn't crash at all under GDB? Then the log files won't have any useful information anyway.

That's bad - it means that the error is not always reproducible, and those are always difficult to hunt down. If you try running the server without GDB, does it work now, or does it crash again? Also, try moving the world data (rename the "world" folder) and retry under GDB. It is just possible that the problem happened while generating world, and the world didn't have to generate the last time under GDB.

Usually we use an external file service to attach files this large. Also note that gzipping the file may produce a much smaller result file.
