Ok, if you compiled from source, it might be useful to tell us:
- OS and bitness (from the log I guess it's a 64-bit *nix)
- compiler used (gcc / msvc / ...?)
- svn revision of the source files that you used (win + tortoisesvn: rclk -> properties -> subversion tab; on *nix i think the command is "svn status")

I'd really like to have a look at your world files - if it's the compression that's gone haywire, or the decompression, at least. gzip, 7z, rar, whatever is fine. If the file is too large to attach to this forum, use a file hosting or email me (xoft at xoft dot cz)

Do You know where can be the problem with decompressing chunks? Can I help with debug or something else?

The error went away just by doing a bit more logging. Tough luck.
