MediaWiki wins.

Plus it makes user management a breeze.
When I initially started my web development career, I loved CakePHP because I could understand it very easily when it came to coding. But I've come to love Drupal more. Believe me, each has their place, but for something like I have proposed, Drupal would be the best choice.

And don't even get me started on Joomla and Wordpress. *shudder*
Did you forget to mention it's way too heavy to be useful? :3

I managed to find the original homepage version again, reverted and added a permalink to the revision to the sidebar, so it can be reverted easily again.
