Update Homepage

c-raft is github pages. The reason why is so issues like the outdated page can be avoided in future because anybody could update them.

I updated the site.
The binary downloads now link to xoft's and bearbin's automatic builds. Not exactly sure if this is the best way though, since the homepage advertises stable builds lol.
The test server is just a matter of running it again ... and using Git

There are some issues with the site. The source download points to the wrong place - it should point to https://github.com/mc-server/MCServer instead of https://github.com/mc-server

The linux requirements are out of date and should show both linux 2 and 3 as well as have a option to download the x64 version.

Also, the redirect pages are a tad annoying.

The redirect pages were better for Google's indexing or something.

What exactly is https://github.com/mc-server then?
What is Linux 2 and 3 ?

The github.com/mc-server is the organization that contains MCServer as well as associated repositories - Core and maybe in the future ProtoProxy and stuff.

For the linux thing, it says that linux 2 is required in the requirements area. However, it does support linux 3 also. It would be better to get rid of the requirements entirely and add a link to download both linux arches.
