@xoft - Works like a gem. To anyone who runs across this thread, here's all you have to do:
1. Copy a world.
2. Remove the region folder of the duplicate world.
3. Make sure you are cd'ed into the duplicate world's directory.
4. Execute this:
5. Go to your web admin and navigate to Core > Server Settings > Worlds
6. Create a world with the name of the alias world.
7. Restart your server.
