I think the time has come to actually start this process.

Here's a document with all of the steps that would need to be carried out: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qzSE...sp=sharing

If everyone's happy with it, this weekend I'm going to move all the repositories that are in the cuberite organisation ATM over to the mc-server repository ready for a rename in the future. This shouldn't cause too much disruption and no services should be impacted.

We can progress with more changes in the future.
