This is my first plugin for MCServer. Enjoy! Even though you can't ride carts it's still nice to be able to set up some track the way you want for aesthetic reasons.
disclaimer: little buggy with track next to corner pieces they won't want to connect to other track. This could be fixed with a few tweaks to the behavior tables but I've gone mad staring at 1's and 0's so this is going to have to do for now.
