cWorld::AbsoluteToRelative and cChunkDef::AbsoluteToRelative. Both have the same Interface ant the comments claim they do the same thing but they are implemented differently. Is there any difference and can I remove cWorld::AbsoluteToRelative

They seem the same, I'd say remove the cWorld one.
