Could you try looking in the plugin releases? WorldGuard is probably about the same as ProtectionAreas and WorldBorder is probably about the same as LimitWorld, and there are probably more plugins like the ones you want.

They are a little different because WorldGuard has a flag system, and ProtectionAreas can only protect areas from block interaction.

Anyway, with this plugins i can create a normal-basic server for minecraft.
I want to do a server public for MCServer with a good machine (example on ovh).
I hope someone can create minimum of this plugins..

One question: a guide that explains how to set up the entire server c + +?. And especially if you have support for mysql.

Here is a small tutorial on how to configure MCServer: http://wiki.mc-server.org/doku.php?id=configure It's probably a little outdated by now though.

You can have mysql support, but you'll have to do that using LuaRocks since it's not build-in.
