Ok. How do I change?

Edit your world.ini for the specific world, look at the [Generator] section and change the BiomeGen to Grown.
Additionally, you might want to change your terrain shape generator to BiomalNoise3D and composition generator to Biomal, those are better at producing vanilla-like terrain.

Alternatively, just delete the entire [Generator] section from the ini file and the server will use reasonable defaults (Grown + BiomalNoise3D + Biomal).

Note that this will not change your existing chunks, and the new chunks will have a visible boundary from the existing chunks. If this bothers you, you can either delete the entire world (the "region" subfolder) or simply regenerate the old chunks, using ChunkWorx. This will, however, wipe your map.

As was mentioned above, I'm using overviewer. It runs nightly to update the map.
