The plugins can have whatever license the author wants; only observer if your plugin uses an external library (such as LuaRocks), those may enforce some terms on your code.
I usually put my plugins in public domain.

this is why i would do this tommorow, no time for learning about license and libary yet. But thx, tommorow i will update and think, watch would be the best license and what i need to know (like about LuaRocks). Thx for the information!
