Welcome to the forum. It might be easier for you to speak to xoft. He's probably the only one around who understands Russian. He'll eventualy see this thread, so you probably won't have to do anything.

There were already other people who did Russian forums, community and translations. They didn't seem to last - the domain is not functional anymore:

I hope you do realize that in order to translate anything, you need to know both languages pretty well.
