To be honest, I don't think MCServer PE would be a good idea. There are still many problems with the PC server that needs to fixed and Pocketmine is already low-level and mainstream. Creating a PE version just wouldn't be ideal right now.

Remember MCServer is Apache Licensed, so you don't need to ask before using stuff - as long as you credit the project you can use anything you like.
