Bind WebAdmin to custom IP?

Is it possible to bind WebAdmin to a custom IP? I can't bind it to localhost on my current server; I'd have to bind it to 127.9.195.129:8080 to make it work.

That's in the webadmin.ini file. There should be a port variable.

There's no way to bind to a specific interface / IP; currently the server binds to all interfaces / IPs available.

Oh, I'm sorry, I had Port in mind. As xoft said, you can't tell the server to only bind to a specific IP.
EDIT:
Though it looks like you want to port forward the port 8080. That's different for each router.
