I know this is a old Thread, but is not easier go over gamerules ? When I put /gamerule mobGriefing false in the mc console, so give no creeper in the world. Is maybe not the same, but the creeper makes no damage *gg

Gamerules are not yet implemented in Cuberite - when they are this plugin would indeed not be necessary, as you suggest.
