This is not a warp or portals plugin although you could probably configure it to more or less act as the latter. The goal was something akin to Diablo 2 waypoints, or fast travel in more modern rpgs. That means, by default, players must visit the waypoints before they can make use of them. Encourage them to explore your worlds (multi-world supported).

Instructions
To place a waypoint stand on the location where the waypoint is to be centered (like on top of a pillar) and use the "/wpset [name]" command. A block (lapis by default) will be placed on your location that signifies this waypoint center. If you do not wish for a block to be placed at waypoint centers you can change the "block" setting in waypoints.ini to 0 and this feature will be disabled.
To link multiple waypoints together one only has to use the "/wpconfig net [number]" command from within the waypoint radius (3 blocks away by default). The [number] argument tells the waypoint which network it should join. The other method of linking waypoints is the "/wpconfig recall [number]" command. This sets the recall point to the id of another waypoint and can be used even if the two are not networked. Management of waypoint networks is completely automated. Further configuring can be done via the "/wpconfig" command and the "/wpinfo" command.
By either right clicking on the center block, or using the "/wp" command from within the waypoint radius, the waypoint will activate for the players account. This means it can be reached from all networked waypoints for that player. Further use of either of these will reveal a list of waypoints linked to that one.
Grey named waypoints are inaccessible without first visiting them but white names have either already been visited, or are publicly accessible at any time. Usage of the "/wp name" or "/wp id" commands will bring the player to the desired listed waypoint. Some waypoints may have a recall point which will show up as a blue name. Recall points can always be used via the "/wp r" or "/wp recall" commands.
