#1
So this my cuberite server shows this weird thing here's an image

by this thing im referring on the black fog
on vanilla, bukkit and spigot this is replaced by the default sky color
Note: moving up removes this black fog slowly and then it completely goes away.

Can you check your position? I think it's /getpos or pressing F3. Afaik this is actually something client-side that the vanilla client renders black when you are sooo deep down

Could you maybe make a screenshot with the main menu open? If it's indeed the black fog that has been in Minecraft in the past, that should be a client thing.

@PureTryOut In the packet "Join Game" is a value named "Level Type". If the value is set to flat, then the sky is blue below height 64. It's set to default in cuberite.

@NiLSPACE what are the current settings for a flat world? I think that's what @denwo wants.

See the FAQ: https://forum.cuberite.org/thread-1596.html
Code:
BiomeGen=Constant
HeightGen=Flat
ShapeGen=HeightMap
FlatHeight=5
ConstantBiome=Plains
CompositionGen=Classic
ClassicSeaLevel=0
ClassicBeachHeight=-1
Finishers=

@NiLSPACE Thank you. Please update the FAQ. I had to add SeaLevel=0, because SeaLevel=60 is added and it would be full of water.

You made a screenshot while having the menu open which appears when you press the "escape" button in-game. Please close the menu (so you can move around) and then make a screenshot.

Anyways it seems it is indeed a server "issue".
