Command blocks can't be enabled.

I went to the website for my server, logged in as web admin, to change command blocks  to be enabled. I enable them, Save Settings, and restart the server. When I go back, it says command blocks aren't enabled. I go back, enable them, Save Settings, restart it, go back, same thing. Sometimes the website would close and say it couldn't connect, and I had to close the console of the server itself and open it again. That just made it really hard.

I was showing this to my friend and it just worked. I looked like an idiot.... Anyways, I'm wondering if anyone knows what I did wrong so if it happens again I'll know how to fix it.

The webadmin code hasn't been touched in years, so something might've been broken due to other changes. There should be an advanced mode which allows you to edit a world.ini directly, could you try that?

Please note though that the command blocks are nowhere near being feature complete. Basically everything you can normally do doesn't work.
