Couple of Questions
#1
Hello Dear Cuberite Administration and Users
I Just started This Server, but I have a couple of questions, So if you are willing to help out, I will take any advise you give me, Thx
1. How do I change the Server Address, from LocalHost to what ever I want.
2. How do I make it public so that my friends help me out.
3. What Program/App should I use to read SQLite Files

Those are my only questions, Thanks

Hello, welcome to the forum.
1. The address is just an address, it isn't something you set, it is something that identifies (just like you don't set your ZIP code, you get one from the authorities). "localhost" is an address meaning "this computer" on whichever computer it is used. You can also use your computer's IP address to connect to the server from your local (home) network. To find out your IP address, use the ipconfig (Windows) or ifconfig (Linux) program.
If by chance you meant the server's description (the fancy text people see in the Minecraft's server list), there's a setting for that in the settinsg.ini file.
2. To make it public, you need to set up port forwarding on your home router ( https://portforward.com/ - just read, no need to buy anything ), then your friends could connect using your public IP address ( http://whatismyip.com ). If you want a nice name, such as max-ringnalda.no-ip.com, you will need to register at a site that provides dynamic DNS services, such as no-ip.com or dyndns.com, they'll have more info on how to set thing up. Note that none of this is specific to Cuberite, though, you'd need to do that for any game server.
3. Normally you shouldn't need to read them at all (at least for Cuberite), what is your use-case, why do you need it? Anyway, probably the best is the SQLite Browser - http://sqlitebrowser.org/
