So I have a server for the whole school, and I want to add an announcement plugin so my players can get notified of any news and added commands just fyi and I also am focusing on web development, not cuberite plugin development. also if you also put a config file so I can configure any timings. just sayin, and when I tried to do this with command blocks, someone had to be in range of the command block for it to work. so if anyone can make the plugin, that will be greatly appreciated. also if you could, make it be able to handle more than 1 announcement at a time.

 I made a plugin almost 10 years ago which allows you to send messages in an interval: https://forum.cuberite.org/thread-805.html I don't know if it still works though as I haven't looked at it since then
