Problem in Console

when I start the server there stands : cPlugin Manager: can't find settings.ini so can't load any plugins
cMonster: must have bot settings.ini and monster.ini

and when i want to join the server there stands Server is running with invalid server key

Can someone help me ?

you have probably not changed the settings.example.ini not settings.ini
