Really? I have a moto G too, but I'm using it as my primary phone, so...
And, related to that, what OS do you use? With no gui I can only get debian 4 from linuxonandroid sourceforge.
I'd like to use debian 7/8.

I think I got Debian 6/7 to work using Lil'Debbie on top of Cyanogenmod 11. Doesn't run too badly.

Thanks, Ill try on my S Plus (1,4ghz x 1, 512MB RAM, cm11/12)
I hope it can at least run MCS with decent performance.

Why would you want that? Is there any special case where this is worth the trouble?

Well, block ticking drains the CPU right? So if we have a build server like the gallery that runs on minimal hardware then we'd get allot more performence out of it.

It'd be configurable I guess.
If it is, it'd be awesome for a creative server.

I think the blockticking is a minimum component of the CPU strain. Chunk loading, saving and sending seems much worse. It'd be nice if someone had some performance measurements to back up this theory.

Would buying a cheap chinese octa-core mobile phone with android be something nice to run this on btw ?
