It seems that I have lost my wife due to MCServer. She wants a divorce, mainly because (she says) I spend all my time on the computer and not with her.
I have no idea what to do, I'm exhausted with pain, sorrow, rage, ...

Good luck man, hopefully you will recover her.
In Spain tomorrow its the Inocent's day (like April fools day) so, as STR said, I wish it's a joke.

Unfortunately, it's not a joke. I wish it was.

That's way too soon! You're not even married for a year!
I think I speak for everyone from MCServer when I say that we'd rather see you a little less active then divorced. We don't want to see you lose your wife due to this project.
Why not step down a little from MCServer and spend some more time with her?

Yeah, give yourself a break. You're like Linus Towalds for the Project but that also means that the thing won't break without you. Family is more important than anything in the World and someday you will have to abandon this project anyways. So tell your wife, that you are willing to stop this and we will carry your spirit on to the Project.

Maybe he could still work on the project but only fixing things or reviewing PR, but not on implementing new things which require a lot of time.
I agree with them, you should take a break.

I stopped developing MCServer because it was taking too much of my time, which I should be spending on other things. I suggest you do the same, at least for a while.

If only it were this simple. The problem is that there's more under the hood. Ever since she started working for her current employer, she's been coming home only to eat dinner and sleep over; she's always been to tired to do anything. My cooking dinner, washing the clothes, ironing and cleaning the flat has become something that she just expects, something natural. I haven't heard a single thank-you for any of my effort for months. Then just after wedding she had a meeting with the boss, got drunk and instead of coming home she decided to sleep over at her boss' place. I just can't forgive her this. She practically put me on a side track, or rather, on an abandoned track covered in rust. So it's only natural that I started spending my time on the computer - what else was I to do?
Now this entire bomb that has been ticking has exploded on christmas. She would rather go to her boss, with her friend, and stay there for the weekend, than prepare for christmas at home. We were even supposed to spend the christmas day at her boss', then move to my parents' afterwards for christmas eve and then go to her parent two days later. When I got to the boss' house, she would just ignore me completely. So I burst and ran away to my parent, leaving her at the boss' house. Now we're avoiding each other. I'm back home at our place, she's staying with her parents; she came to get a few things today, didn't even say a word.
I still love her, she's the awesomest person I've ever met, but I can't live on a side track. I've told her many times, and she says I'm just trying to make her fail at work, that I don't support her. What am I to do?
