I don't think I can even imagine how you feel :O
Thanks for explaining everything. This must be really hard for you.

It seems that there exists a problem with her employer. Judging by the description:
1. This began after entering the new job 2. A 'meeting' with the employer resulted in a sleepover 3. She feels obliged to visit her employer and does not talk to you at his house 4. She feels that your intervention will bring consequences for her job Would it be possible for you to ask her about it? Employment change could be an option. Perhaps also talk to her employer if you think it could be effective.

If I was you I think I would try to speak seriously (no violence or insults) with her employer to make things clear.
