It'll probably run it a bit worse than a Raspi 2.
But it's a kickstarter so it'll take a year to come if it does at all, and shipping is $20 making it about the same price as a raspi in the end.
If they work out shipping prices and it actually comes through it could work great though.

It's a single-core, so it won't be much better than the old RasPi B. Maybe even worse, since the chip must take care of the additional networking burden, who knows how well they can shield the main CPU from the wifi / bt work.
