how do you know that you can get on the server?
and whats ur servers IP?

I don't know what you mean by the first question...

To answer your second question:
I'm hosting an MCServer server on mc.ae-c.net:25565 (the port may change, it switches between 25565 and 7777 depending on ... things lol )
