I can't quite grasp how plugin authors just assume that all the other will know what a plugin does, so they start by plugin name and continue with the commands, permissions and such, without ever describing in three sentences WHAT the plugin does and WHY would I want it Tongue

I've noticed this already on the minecraftforum with mods, now the bad habit is getting a foothold here as well?
