Can someone udpate ArePlugin to work with latest MCServer?

This plugin would be very usefull, It were workig. With this plugin is possible to protect areas an set owners that can build on it, like a plot system.
Can someone udpate it?

I started working on it a while ago but there were so many things broken that i stopped working on it. But i guess that i can take a look at it again when i come back from school.
