Cuberite needs a new brand.
We need a logo, colour scheme and design guidelines.

Too bad, for the Ocelight logo I'd have a thousand super cute ideas and commission one of my favourite artists after checking with them they'll publish it under the creative commons licence this once. Would've paid for that.

Cuberite sounds like some kinda ore to my ears.

I'm just thinking, I'll throw something in, because I feel like trying out Inkscape for the first time ever. So take this and laugh if you want XD. Give me a pixel oriented tool and I can do a lot. Give me this and I don't even find the eraser.
15 minutes of Inkscape. The elecricity logo is mis-shapen and the base is unfinished, the colors are completely interchangable, but you get the concept.
I'm not a fan of the NilSpace and Bearbin's logos because they are monochrome, so for me it feels boring . Unfortunately I completely suck at design/logos so I am not gonna be really helpful here, except for the feedback.
How about a logo similar in style to the one made by xoft, but with a simple cube instead?
XD I'd be so amazed if someone created a logo for Cuberite, and the logo is a sphere.
That'd be so perfect.
In all seriousness, I'm fine with just about any of these. Just maybe that Eschercube variant .. it's used in so many things already. My dentist has that on his wall.
