How about we anually open up a new "What we're doing" post every 1st of January?
Keeps things nice and tidy.

+1. Makes it easier to look back to previous years as well.

Perhaps rename it to "random chitchat" as well?

But then we break 4 years of tradition

It's probably a good idea though.
