In vanilla Minecraft, when a TNT explodes, breaked blocks does NOT always drop items, while in Cuberite yes.
Also a better item merging, like in Spigot and Paper, would be cool.

I believe since a recent update TNT does drop everything. Explosions from other sources still don't drop everything though.

What does Spigot do when merging pickup items?
