MCServer now supports 1.5 and dimensions. that could be added

MCServer has supported dimensions for quite some time - it has had multi-world even before I joined. So it's just Nether terrain generator.

[General]
Dimension=0

so it should be:
Minecraft 1.5 protocol
Nether terrain
Dimensions.

is "Runs on Raspberry PI" maybe also a feature? if so maybe change the "Runs on Android" to "Supported Platforms: Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, Raspberry PI".

Abandened Mineshafts can be added to features and Minecarts only don't have physics yet.

You can put that TNT is partly working (without any sounds or particles, but it explodes and hurt you and other players) with a plugin (T&C from STR_Warrior)

Well thats just a plugin. It should be done by the server.
