I'd say it might just hold a 32 chunk world, but that might be pushing it a little. You'll probably need a NAS with at least 10 of those for a decent world size.
I wonder though. I have one of these an I think I might be able to run MCServer on it for real:

Its got a 350Mhz Ralink ARM processor and 8 MB of RAM. The ram could probably be increased with a swap file on an external storage device. It also runs embedded Linux. First MCRouter anyone?
