My one of the first plugins. It's a very simple plugin.
The plugin allows you to write private messages to other players who are on the server.
Commands:
/msg [PlayerName] [Message]
Permissions:
msg.spm

The permission node should be spm.msg, so as not to conflict with other plugins.
