SignEnchant

Until enchanting is emplemented, you can use this.
SignEnchant it's a plugin that allows you to enchant items clicking on signs. Sintax is:
[Enchant]
enchant (ex: efficiency)
maxenchantlevel(ex: 5)
levelneeded (ex:3, player will lose 3 levels when enchanting)

Permissions
signenchant.sign - Allows you to place an [Enchant] sign.

Commands
No commands, only hooks

I highly doubt its his plugin..
It has no relation to chat what so ever..

It doesn't even have anything that could cause lag, more so as high as 1 minute..
I doubt it even causes 0.023ms lol :p

Yes but when i removed it, the chat was not making delay. When i put it back again, it made the delay again.

Could you try and see with just that plugin ?
See if it works normally then slowly add more,

Or even try setting it at the top of the list.

It is weird when i run only that plugin the chat has no delay.

I read the github issue,
Could you simply one by one add plugins start with SignEnchant,
Its not the cause, so continue down the road. add more including signenchant, see if another plugin shows up.

Meaning i assume there is another plugin causing the problem,
Probably a compatibility issue somehow, Just try it out .
Post results, as i would think or the other plugin has a issue that needs to be fixed, or something in the server,
For like when to many plugins are using the same hook or something along those lines.

Please load SignEnchant before any area protection plugin, otherwise you won't be anle to enchant.
